Due to our fulfillment window with on-demand products, our warehouse has a complex production process to produce all garments and orders. Once an order confirmation has been sent, it is then entered into our queue. Along the production line, our warehouse has multiple stations and check points set up to produce your garment. When making a change to an order this disrupts the workflow and causes delays within the production schedule. Unfortunately, this is the reason once an order has been placed and an order confirmation has been sent, we cannot cancel your order.

Please note that once a package leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of the carrier, we cannot control delays, weather, interruptions etc. Your tracking number will be able to provide the current update on your package.

Here are the estimated timelines based on shipping carriers:

Within Canada: 10-30 business days

USA: 4-8 business days

International: 10-30 business days
